Estate Planning

Not everyone must have a will, but parents of minor children MUST have a will, if they want to decide who raises their kids if something should happen to them.  No one wants that discussion, but it is an obligation parents have.

At a certain age, everyone should discuss plans for their property as well as their health care decisions if they ever take ill. Discussions can range from how to avoid probate to dealing with long term care costs/nursing home needs.

We can discuss simple wills to trusts.  We will provide you with the information you need to plan for the unplanned in your life.
